Terms of Service Last Updated: November 8th, 2009 1. Account Regulations 1.1 - Account Restrictions Users who sign up to JUICED are entitled to as many accounts as they wish, though in cases where accounts are being shared, regardless of the immediate relation to the other user(s), or other such circumstances (such as fake identities), account lock-out's will apply. New accounts may be made if users do not wish to use their old one(s), though keep in mind that posts, post counts and PM's cannot be transferred. 1.2 - Profile Content The contents of a user's profile must abide by the following restrictions:- Avatars uploaded to the storage database must not exceed 250kbs in size. Avatars must not exceed 100 x 100 pixels in size. All avatars uploaded will automatically be re-sized to 100 x 100 pixels if not already in compliance. Signatures must not exceed 1500 characters. Signatures may not contained more than five (5) images, regardless of the immediate size(s). The administration reserve the right to remove any and all aspects of one users profile if not in compliance with the above restrictions. 1.3 - Account Suspensions Users are not permitted to create an additional account if the primary account in usage is suspended. Users found to be utilizing a second account will have both accounts permanently banned. 1.4 - Name Changes Users who wish to change their usernames must adhere to the following requirements:- User must have at least 100 posts. User must have not changed username within the past 30 days. Username desired must not already be taken. Username must not be offensive or cruel in any way or form. Should you abide by these requirements, please use the name change request form via the Account Preferences Panel. 2. Posting Regulations 2.1 - Prohibited Content Content that is prohibited from being posted, submitted, or discussed includes, but is not limited to:- 1. Content that infringes upon any rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks) 2. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene Content 3. Viruses or any other harmful computer software 4. False information or libel 5. Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes 6. Gambling or Illicit drugs 7. Terrorism 8. Hacking or cheating for internet/online games 9. Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers 10. Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind 11. Excessive profanity 12. Content that is invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity 13. Hacking materials or information. Users found to be posting, submitting or discussing any of the following will be dealt with accordingly. 2.2 - SPAM (Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages) Spamming is defined as a topic or reply that does not have any immediate relevance to the forum, subject, topic or discussion at hand. We are rather lenient on this, though if it does become excessive and a problem, tougher rules will be enforced. We want users to enjoy themselves, and for some, that includes spamming. Please contact the administration if you have any doubts or questions. 2.3 - Common Courtesy Users are reminded that they are to treat each and every user with respect. Flaming, trolling, abusive language and other such forms of verbal abuse will not be tolerated, and users who are in breach of this rule will be removed immediately. 3. Advertisement Regulations 3.1 - PM Advertising PM (Personal Message) Advertising is conducted via sending an advertisement of any kind to another user, or multiple users. Users who conduct PM Advertising will be restricted use of the PM System for an unspecified time as seen fit by the administration. Should you be the victim of PM Advertising, please use the 'Report' form, or contact Kuzco via PM. 4. Miscellaneous Regulations 4.1 - Punishments JUICED staff, management and administration reserve the right to punish any user who is in breach of the above regulations. Users who continue to be in breach of the regulations will receive a more-severe punishment. 4.2 - User Regulations Administration reserves the right to edit, alter and re-arrange the Terms of Service document at any time, without prior warning.
